How long does it take to fit a kitchen?

Clients ask architecture and a designer how much time a kitchen takes to build and ready to get in work completely. The truth is simple, It depends!

An overall period of making a kitchen entirely depends on:

  • Kitchen Layout
  • Size and design
  • Labour power
  • The technology used etc.

How much to fit a kitchen? The time frame and budget.

For essential works, our rough time estimation is:

New Kitchen- 4 to 5 months and

An Old Kitchen- 1 to 2 months

Still, it does not assure the time limit as with the upgrades in interior design and technology; the customer requirements change over time.

Renovation can be done within two weeks because it only includes some replacements and installations of new setups.

In some cases, an old kitchen needs repairs of extensions, tools, floors, Worktops, and water lines. Therefore, a slight variation can occur accordingly.

A new kitchen starts from scratch with new fittings such as water lines, electric lines, tiles, floors, cabinets, painting, etc., and can take about 8 months.

Budget Estimation for a kitchen

Likewise, we cannot expect an actual cost value of a kitchen.

A client may have personalized choices of materials and fittings that can influence the expenses.

The Conclusion

In a nutshell, it is hard to tell the exact value of time and budget needed to construct a new kitchen.

When there are several factors involved in the entire process of a luxury kitchen, we cannot limit it to a fixed range.

Depending on size, type and style of structure, quality and workers, these things keep fluctuating in your favour.
